Welcome to Eidfjord Gjestgiveri

You will find us in the middle of Øvre Eidfjord, a small village at the foot of the Hardangervidda, 6 kilometres from the larger village of Eidfjord in Hordaland county and 150 kilometres east of Bergen. Eidfjord is an ideal starting point for short or long trips on the Hardangervidda.

The main house, along with the six camping huts, was completely renovated during 2003 and 2004. Today there are five double rooms in the main house. In addition, we have six camping huts, each with two sleeping places. We offer a comfortable standard of accommodation at reasonable prices in a cosy guest house environment.

The guest house is open in the season May - September.

In the summer we heartily welcome you to our pancake restaurant where we also serve beer and wine.
